Please contact us using the email address associated with your purchase, or provide enough order information for us to locate your transaction.

We'll process eligible refund requests through the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

What Does The Guarantee Cover?

The guarantee covers the amount paid to us for your Appointment Flood Engine digital product purchase.

It does not cover advertising spend or separate charges paid directly to third-party services, including Meta, Base44, or other software providers.

Access After A Refund

Once your purchase is refunded, your license to use the purchased materials ends. We may deactivate any product access associated with the refunded order where that capability exists.
